The hotel was really close to the Haram just one stop away. Plus, the employees there were very cooperative and nice to the guests especially Faris and Talal

The hotel is easily accessible directly on the main road with access to many buses and taxis. The proximity to the Haram is good.Especially Mr Talal at the reception was very polite and helpful. I will come back in Sha Allah.

Talal and the rest of the guys, as well as the location close to the Meccan Sanctuary five minutes by bus or taxi, as well as the maintenance are very helpful, I had a problem with the air conditioning which was resolved directly

The location of the hotel is super, we had no any problem reaching to the haram. You can take a taxi by 5 real per person.The guides at the reception with pleasure assist you taking a taxi right in fron of the hotel. they all speak English
